Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapist’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of half the cost of their service to the card on file. Patients who miss their appointment without calling will be charged the full amount of their service to the card on file.
Sexual Behavior & Draping Policy
Massage therapy and bodywork services are health care services. We use only professional standard draping covering breasts and genitals at all times. Any sexual solicitation, sexual behavior or sexual comments during your appointment will result in the immediate termination of your treatment. You will be asked to dress, pay for your appointment and to leave the premises. You will be blocked from scheduling any future appointments.
